An award winning, global leader who provide infrastructure solutions to the largest wholesale customers in the world are searching for a product manager for one of their key product lines ,which accounts for a third of their revenue line, the total company revenue sits at over 4.5 billion UD $.
The Product Manager will work closely with the Product Director to drive the organisation to meet key financial and operating metrics for the business by interacting with various other internal and external groups.
The candidate’s potential background is: - Product Management (in telecoms or other)
- Management Consulting – looking to move in house
- Investment Banking – looking to move into industry
- Management Accounting/Financial Advisory
Ideally either specialising in a technical industry, or with a technical degree (in science or engineering)
Manage full P&L for the product line. Owning the success of the product.
Assist Sales and Marketing efforts through training, deal modelling, pricing and direct client interaction (particularly at a senior level) including involvement in negotiating complex agreements.
Collate market intelligence (eg pricing) and broader requirements for the product and associated services from conversations with clients, interaction with market managers and the sales force, and through competitor analysis.
Work with product cost models in support of product pricing and overall commercial stewardship of the product.
Work closely with North American counterparts and Product Development teams, help the evolution of features and internal systems and processes to keep the product ahead of market expectations.
Probably 3 – 5 years into a career, the candidate’s potential background is:
- Product Management (in telecoms or other)
- Management Consulting – looking to move in house
- Investment Banking – looking to move into industry
- Management Accounting/Financial Advisory
Ideally either specialising in a technical industry, or with a technical degree (in science or engineering)
The candidate will have either experience in or a strong interest in learning:
- Network Interconnects in Telecoms
- Networking Technology
- Process Design/Improvements
- Accounting/Finance
- Legal Agreements
The candidate will have a strongly analytical mind, be a quick learner and be well organised. She or he should be a strong influencer capable of managing by persuasion rather than edict. Communications skills (both written and verbal) should be strong, especially in sales environments with senior executives London 60k-70k base, plus excellent company benefits.

At this exciting period of organisational transformation, we are looking for SAS Analyst Programmers. Key responsibilities include: The development of robust and effective Management Information reporting for all operations, that enables raw data to be manipulated and delivered as information in a robust and effective manner reflecting all critical components of activity · The Central MI team is responsible not just for operational MI, but for all data which is used by senior management, and which is reported to both the financial markets and the regulator, as such all data must be assured as to integrity, veracity and auditability · Recommending, implementing and maintaining the reporting infrastructure required supporting the business objectives of effective management and control. · Production, maintenance and regular review of support documentation, change control processes and back up processes for all developed systems. · Provide regular updates to Line Management of ongoing performance, projects & issues. · Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key internal customers in order to effectively meet their reporting requirements and manage their reporting expectations. · Although current emphasis is upon report production, emphasise is changing to embrace more OLAP analysis and visualisation alongside tabular reporting, as emphasise moves from historic reporting to providing causal analysis
What we are looking for: · Need to be highly focused individual with a degree of commercial acumen and business awareness – with the vision to understand the impact of decisions made · Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to proactively identify and then implement a diverse range of requirements · Must possess the ability to turn strategic goals into clearly defined business objectives and have a drive and passion to improve service · Must have an effective understanding of how to work in a structured fashion, using waterfall methods where required and agile methods when they are best suited to meeting user needs · Experience communicating with Senior Management. Staff will be expected to represent the team to managers at all levels and a competent and professional approach is of vital importance · 2 years experience of developing robust automated reporting suites within an operational environment · Experience in appropriate Development tools and information systems – o 3-4 years proven ability to develop MI solutions o o The ideal candidate would have current experience of SAS Reporting / SAS Macros o An awareness of OLAP, dashboards and other visualisation approaches would be a real advantage but not essential

This well respected organisation are looking for an experienced Microsoft Exchange Engineer to join their team, providing in depth technical support to over 45,000 users in an Exchange 2007 environment. This is a key role in which you will be part of a highly skilled team responsible for providing day to day operation support of the Microsoft Exchange 2007 Servers, you will be working closely with other Support Engineers, providing support and guidance where necessary to ensure an effective and successful service is delivered. A proactive approach to avoid incidents, look for improvements, potential issues and managing updates and deployments is also a key part of the role.
The successful Microsoft Exchange Engineer will be technically strong with an indepth knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Exchange 2007, strong skills with Windows Server and Active Directory are desirable. You should be proficient in troubleshooting, disaster recovery and have a good understanding of messaging.
